1. Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon as protection coating . 2. Above the aluminum-zinc plating layer is fingerprint coating. It makes better appearance and also increase lifespan of the tiles. 3. Colored stone granules is the surface decoration layer of metal tiles as well as the protection layer. It is made of basalt particles which treated by high-temperature sintered ceramic process. The stone chips has more than 20 basic colors for optional and customized is available as well. It creates an excellent aesthetic appearance on your roofs and with great protection on your buildings as well. (Withstand ultraviolet radiation, reduce noise caused by rain water) 4. Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps, and extend the life span of color gravels.
